It's that time of year where people are falling off of there goals and finding the sweet tooth again! STAY STRONG!! Peter and I will both be competing in the April, Mr. Utah show~ Very excited! January 29 puts us out 10 weeks... Right now we train everyday, and eat crazy healthy!
Peter weight: 205 body fat: 12%
Mary weight: 129 body fat: 13%
Workouts
1 body part each day.... light weight and (15-20) lots of reps..4-5 different workouts.
Cardio 30 min after workout, 3-4 days a week.
Food
I make sure I am in taking 150 grams of protein everyday... split it up how ever I can.
Carbs only early in your day and very few, maybe 100 grams a day.
Superbowl Party- get a vegetable tray, eat buffalo burgers, stay away from snacking on things you don't need!
Valentines is right around the corner- make sure you don't eat all those little candies and the full meal if you are lucky enough to go out! You can enjoy yourself with out all the yummy sweets and food- play a game, watch a movie!

Happy New Years!!! This year I have a lot of big goals and projects I will be working on! I beleive it will be an outstanding year! I hope you are all very excited for you new goals! Lets, let go of the last few weeks and start fresh... Peter and I just cleared all the bad food out of our house and went shopping to push this diet strong! On Wednesday we went to see our good friend/coach Dan Palmer, he weighs us, does body fat and answer any questions we may come up with! Peter and I wont be training together for the first time in a long time, I will be on my own with work outs and how hard I push myself... it will be a good test for me! I hope you are all ready to work as hard as you can! I work a full time job and have my puppy to be with and love as well, planning a wedding, getting ready for figure compititions, getting our own place... Time comes and goes so fast so lets make every minute count... watching tv - do some sit ups! Not everyone has a easy day so when you do have the energy and time, push your self as hard as you can!

Drinking water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on the Human body:
2 glasses of water after waking up helps activate internal organs
1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion
1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure
1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack
Water is very important to your healthy! Make sure you stay hydrated at all times!
