Weight:
Peter started dieting and his work outs on January 1, 2010. He went to the gym at least 6 days a week, lifting a different body part everyday. Cardio at least 4 times a week for 30 min and closer to the show it was everyday for at least 30 min. He ate a lot of tuna, chicken, eggs, oatmeal, ground turkey and talapia (fish).
He did awesome and looks amazing!
