Wow it's been 3 years since I have updated this! That is really sad, but I'm hoping to be back for good! A little update to get us started:
Peter and I are doing great! We have both been working full time jobs, we bought our first home together and we have a new dog, Champ! Rocky and Champ are great brothers and amazing dogs for us! We get out to the park to play with the boys and take them everywhere we go! Rocky still loves shadows and Champ is a little cuddlier. We are excited to announce we are expecting our first baby boy! Due October, I have been big on trying to stay in shape and healthy while pregnant. Swimming has been my favorite thing this summer. Aerobics in the water is great for your muscles and body. I also try to walk at least 30 min a day and do some light stretching.
My goals: to update my blog with some pregnancy workouts, after the birth I would love to train for a figure competition next Oct. it will give me 1 year to get my body back. I will be sharing and showing you what I'm doing to get to that point. I'm excited for the next few years, I hope you stay tuned and enjoy reading some healthy tips while pregnant and after delivery!
